Formal Declaration as Victor over State of Norway

As a political victim and being persecuted by State of Norway, now and undeniably (subverting my relocation to some place abroad and other), I declare victory over State of Norway given my many achievements in the World of Intellectuality, forcing them backward to eventually saying "...but we have the physical forces to dominate your livelihood and to cause your death", depriving me of my natural life, effectively, confirming my status now as political dissident of Norway, being Pro-Democratic Activist!

This follows the given logic of this: victor, victor, victor, victor, finally victim and death, by torture or not, medically aided or not!!! Thus, history is likely to tell my story of being victor despite a possible death as victim, with or without being able to "escape" abroad!

There are hundreds of implications of this, all of which should have been embarrassing or deeply embarrassing to the State of Norway, but given this awful, political climate, such utterances have become impossible, displaying a evident idiot condition of a finally idiot nation that has lost all its values, all of its causes!!!

As I've now won the Intelligence war of the World, with many feats such as the historical account of "Hindenburg-New-York", I finally say too: I've won (again), idiots! Thus, of course, I can refer to the heading and the point of this text.

I'm sorry for presenting such an account for this nation and it has not been a part of my ideas and the leadership that I've wanted and for those sensitive enough, I place myself in disappointment and grief with them! Thanks for now!

Mitt grunnlag er selvsagt at jeg har rett til advokat selv for 2 enkle oppdrag som gjelder voldsoffererstatning og krav på erstatning fra Farsund kommune på grunn av overgrep. Det ligger også flere punkter under disse 2 oppdrag, men da på visse betingelser.

I ettertid, i tiden like før 12.02.2011, så tenker jeg at det er dårlig advokatskikk, jfr. God advokatskikk, 3.1.1, å la være å oppgi en annen advokat av hva jeg leser på nettsidene deres, dvs. Advokatforeningens nettsider.

Det er forsåvidt verdt å nevne at dette kan være en ganske alvorlig sak og at jeg derfor nettopp har kontaktet denne advokaten fra Menneskerettighetsutvalget, noe jeg tenkte kunne være passende. Det gjelder forsåvidt slikt som kirurgi-arr hele veien rundt halsen, muligens forhold ved den ene lungen og tegn på tidligere kraniebrudd og alt dette uten at sykehusopphold er hverken opplyst eller rapportert. Det hjelper ikke noe særlig når jeg mistenker at alvorlige overgrep har funnet sted tidligere, i perioden 1981(?) til 1999 og at det har forekommet mindre episoder, ca. 10, av det jeg kan tenke som tildels forstyrrede personer.

The Stairs and Fan-Theory over the Corrupt Factors of Society

First, this is notified you so that society has a chance to progress AWAY from tacitly being forced to accept the torture of people "here and there", and most grotesquely the children, even in the "bottle"-sense (you can make this description better... ehm... *cough* *cough*)! So here is the description of the risk factors to look up for in the stairs and fan sense: 1. step: The Police, they are central and they know it! This is why it is now very important to get all people all over the World equipped with a gun so that merit can obtain where it should and not under some idiot threat without being *MET*!!! 2. step: The lawyers. A good deal of them actually work in the police forces and all of them are bosses on some level _in the very police forces_! You should see to it that they are checked upon as well! 3. step: The _medical_ doctors! They are too a significant factor and of course stand on the assessment side of what takes place in society when people are under stress! Of course they know what is going! The Fan floor: All these other people, starting with the most important people who are in the brain business and who has positions of responsibility! Uknown factor: I don't know how the military forces match up in this. This is a factor that may go here and there, both in terms of equipment and competence/skills! Make sure you take care of these "risk factors of corruption" and make preparations toward your contribution to society, please! Good luck!

Legal Matters Concerning Suicides and Committing the Suicide

Now, let me tell you (a version, at least) of how easy I imagine it is (for some) suicide candidates (whether I am one or not is mutti-f*cking PRIVATE and I do not need "clarification advise from /this/ friend (psychologist)"): first, being invisible enough, and not being persecuted by a body of people, all included, with or w/o military/police resources and competence. So there you go... Some peo...ple spit at you and tell you to die, that is, to suicide... Yes, that is easy, given this "body of people", persecuting you (on informal level, of course, and "let's not forget the paranoid factors involved") by radio hunting these placed RFIDs by mini-surgery (while sedated, covertly or not) or placing the words around that movements on this person by information is wanted so that, you know, they blow the very (fragile and deeply personal) privacy of this person, making one's VERY PRIVATE considerations over chances, where these idiots sit there and "clip" the button for turning this consideration of this person falsely, so that this person can imagine that one falls prey to torture regardless or that the suicide is made under false premises, being wholly psychological (by these telepathic connections and under possible threat and danger of severe hospital torture! And YES, it's TRUE, this person is to carry out these considerations PRIVATELY and YOU HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM!!! The very question is (well f*cked out of your consideration) only this person's own and evidently so, this person is always objective in this consideration and the only valid judge on one very own matter whether suicide is right or wrong!!! I hope you GET THIS, please!!! Being a victim in these circumstances is not easy and these f*cks ("#¤%¤%Y%&(&"¤&%&(%&&"#¤%, and the rest of the "99 swearing words") are equally despicable and subject to one's own criminal conscience of trying to wage such f*ck toward people, blatantly violating _fundamental_ human rights!!! Over Traditional Communication - And not /that/ nonsense of subjective character...

I will accept NO duty that's based on (loose) claims "that I've sent you, mr. Olsnes-Lea, a signal (of the telepathic nature) and that you therefore should have done this and that!" A further controversy, allegedly: there is a question of whether Dr. Aarseth, the former president of The Doctors' Association is cited by open microphone, live on air, by Rogaland Radio, actually, "Rogaland Radio", by the reg. country, saying that he "administers the suicides!", i.e., the actual numbers. This is in 1990 or so, in the wake of 1988, i.e., one legal system: Nein! (Nine-9) Heil Hitler! The Hippocratic Oath is thus worth only that much (or little) in Norway!

New news on Breivik: The case against Breivik on grounds of terror is MEANINGLESS because the police lawyers can't make a plausible claim that Breivik has caused any terror when in fact the GOVERNMENT and the governing forces themselves are much more likely themselves to cause GREATER terror against its own population by its blatantly f*cked legal practice, even one THEY INSIST on "to be this way for hidden reasons"! Additional Comment to Amnesty at 50 (Years Old)

My opinion: This is my (ethical/legal) view too, except that I stand by the capital punishment (by anasthetics and guillotine, only or not) for the most detached and immoral idiots _taken_! Torture, as it says, is a fundamental problem whenever and every time it happens, whether this is a hidden fact from us or not! Every instance is a fundamental problem! Execution can also be interpreted this way: political prisoners are being executed on (usually, by commonsense and civilised laws) flawed grounds! That is, people are being executed beyond the usual foundations for legal grounding. This is a fundamental problem too, but far milder (at least by shooting/decapitation) than torture and is probably more self-harm in removing the good leaders for the future, I suspect. So in this instance too, execution is indeed an awful problem!
(The French may get offended by "anasthetics and guillotine, only or not", but they have perhaps lost innocence and virginity by now...?

It's fairly remarkable that Amnesty seem so forgiving to criminals _who would otherwise receive the death penalty_ when THEY KNOW about the status of the legal systems in Europe today and how difficult it all is, with various threats of REAL torture and blocked suicide routes only to ensure torture. Not only this, but they seem to count the disappearances/suicides/forged suicided/covered murders (in Europe) lightly well knowing of the grotesque facts we live under today, including the human meatshops of human flesh. So to what lengths can we continue to tolerate when Amn. Int. seem to reject torture so completely and blatantly?! When are they EVER going to take the full moral responsibility for those who are silently and in hidden TORTURED in Europe today? Let's not also forget the technological possibilities... (incl. piezo-RFIDs)!

Here I sit myself without _lawyer_ and without _a possibility to fair trial_ and possibly/likely 15 violations of 30 the my Human Rights by UN _only to make the case for state approved_ torture of myself AGAINST THE JUSTICE department of Norway, also including medical personnel... So why should I SHUT UP??? [You know, what happens when you turn to the Police like I've done lately for threats???
