Note on CIA - The Charges... Separately from "Financial Radicalism"
Further on CIA and the charge against them for generating "simple psychologies": So, after "so much terrorism against itself", exactly, what is the "Anti-Terrorism" report of the CIA?
What is it's contents? And what are the official adversaries of USA in it? Do they manage to set up an organisation at all and does it have a country to reside in? I doubt it. Indeed, I think they are (in hiding) now setting up their own adversaries to excuse their own existence and the human rights violations they take part in for making it happen, a kind of "evil-advocacy".
They don't need to identify other countries' threats! That's not their job! But they are not to set up covert threats against other countries either. Their job is to protect the 50 states of USA, at least primarily, if not also American Samoa and a bit more.
So then, as a trait of the World today, not the destruction of the fishes' breeding grounds then under the sea, near the Gulf Stream center or "a nice" place in the Pacific or the other places where fishes breed? This is not a charge against CIA, but the real charge is that, by their flaws toward rules and regulations, by insanity too, they help bring on very negative events in the World that largely go unaddressed because the threats are fairly severe and under CIA, as a kind of monitored hostility, other countries fail to counter-act them! This is the message.
If not the lying on Iraq and its non-existant WMDs or the sacking of the Iraqi central bank or the first promise, that Iraq now after the Desert Storm and being ousted from Kuwait now was to reside inside "responsibility" because all was set up for this to happen now and for always, given modern possibilites, by sanctions, and ten other agreements to its sins against "Arab-brothers".
Concl.: CIA has to be disbanded, the organisation needs to go out of existence!
It started with US American Financial Radicalism and Warning! (I know, I'm so cool.) Alright. I just say it: My judgment is that
CIA IS SUBVERSION
and that the organisation has a culture of generating "simple psychologies"! Like it or not! I die on this! ("For today.")
You can also compare the number of agents, a mix of civilians and military vs. the British equiv. MI6 (Military Intelligence, Section 6) and how the British are careful in (not) mixing the civilian and military "considerations", by only a 20 people staff. The CIA has no such distinction and "blows away" all of its 20 000, regardless!
While we in Europe have believed in freedom and competition bewteeen the corporations and "entertained" the serious debate, they have moved the other way, many or all: CONTROL!
A fine point(é) against CIA is possibly this: given /their own/ notions over matters of human intelligence, purely they are to self-annihilate as organisation because their statement is of such kind that "no limit bla, bla, bla, ... that people are bound to being "this" forever!" Hurray for UN! To the future!
Under certain presuppositions, I have to the CIA:
◾Objective ethics
◾Religious beliefs logically defended and under telepathy and Van Lommel-studies too(otherwise, "the priests' stories")
◾My attacks on The Stranger by Camus over human nature now that they've been "shown to be...", i.e., the BIG intelligence competition and the Arab number
◾The findings by mSomatism are to be included here as well
Now that it turns out that /I/ was with the DeepBlue against Kasparov in a programmed computer defeat of him, i.e., the former references from Sweden also, I am all the more happy!

One Question for UN Secretary General and Everyone Else, Whole World, Whomever...
What is the moral negative value on each and every instance of torture, starting with the
mildest level, the water-boarding (gosh, that is so evil!) equivalents,
including hanging a person slowly, until unconscious, again and again, until
death, this also concerns the sex-games of lunatics ending in the murder of
unknowing, innocent people and ALL in reality count!!!?
They say there is no torture, but for real, torture and fear is everywhere!!!
Go ahead and see if you can ignore it?
Can we have the "quants" in too so as to present a credible number?! In order to quantify the negative moral value of torture toward the larger picture of World morality...

Norway is Hereby Disputed (if not for only entertaining the thought, that academic mark!)
When a country insists on corruption and decadence, to be polite, effectively practicing "Modern Despotism", i.e., the rule of raw and brutal power, what are then the (real) value of its borders? Aren't the borders then gone? And given some more factors to and from, bribes and other (packs of whatever cargo content), aren't they thereby impossible to hold with any credibility whatsoever?

The intellectual defence for the pro-assisted suicide side is: to be serious toward people who want the possibility to die because they suffer the most grievous pains. So, who is the opposition? Who are they? Let's see!" Even if the body text has been placed under "Defence for Legalising Assisted Suicide", same thing happens! Now, if these people act under malicious intent, simply for securing the "existence of torture", then damnation on them, because that is to be evil in the hardest sense you can find on Planet Earth (and all attached to it)! Guns up, people! There's going to be trouble more! Cheers!

There is a note more to consider, for ending this, and it is:
The implausible slippery slope argument from the opposition is this,
- the "Slippery Slope" defeats itself (by fake ethics) by protecting hugely crazy people who have absolutely no problems accepting the devastation brought by it on human dignity and human worth/decency and how torture inflicts terror and deep fears, even sublimely, on the rest of the population.
- secondly, and more directly, the Slippery Slope never accounts for formal qualification, while citing this Nazi program "so seriously", "as if their whole bodies would be immersed", such as obtaining 3-year therapy after the age of 18 before getting the approval for suicide!
- "The Slippery Slope", in addition, has no concept or credible prediction for how many people Slippery Slope will affect outside those already, virtually, queued in! When 36 000 people die from guns (or gun deaths) in USA every year, would the rest of USA therefore get killed by guns next year? NO! Why is this? Because troubles need to obtain in certain ways first! This has a direct analogy to legislated suicides in that this counters the very Slippery Slope argument and the way these disgusting people (complex, as with traits of psychopathy and mis-a/-ophiles) remain active in society, "defending humanity" still! There is no doubt where I want: (Assisted) Suicides need legal defence/legislation and practice urgently so that people can achieve greater respect and have the possibility to escape the great horrors of the World today, thus moving the World up one step in terms of dignity and worth.
Note1: As people enter the academic discussion, they inherently commit to honesty!
Note2: They can call themselves doctors or whatever! They have been defeated! (That is, they're not "born" with credibility.)
So, surely, suicide remains controversial, not to say the fishes on wanting people's tails, and I ask you therefore to take CARE and put much attention toward personal security (as a warning sign by the behaviour shown above)! Cheers!

Formal Declaration as Victor over State of Norway
As a political victim and being persecuted by State of Norway, now
and undeniably (subverting my relocation to some place abroad and other), I
declare victory over State of Norway given my many achievements in the World of
Intellectuality, forcing them backward to eventually saying "...but we have the
physical forces to dominate your livelihood and to cause your death", depriving
me of my natural life, effectively, confirming my status now as political
dissident of Norway, being Pro-Democratic Activist!
This follows the given logic of this: victor, victor, victor, victor, finally victim and death, by torture or not, medically aided or not!!! Thus, history is likely to tell my story of being victor despite a possible death as victim, with or without being able to "escape" abroad!
There are hundreds of implications of this, all of which should have been embarrassing or deeply embarrassing to the State of Norway, but given this awful, political climate, such utterances have become impossible, displaying a evident idiot condition of a finally idiot nation that has lost all its values, all of its causes!!!
As I've now won the Intelligence war of the World, with many feats such as the historical account of "Hindenburg-New-York", I finally say too: I've won (again), idiots! Thus, of course, I can refer to the heading and the point of this text.

The Stairs and Fan-Theory over the Corrupt Factors of Society
First, this is notified you so that society has a chance to progress AWAY from tacitly being forced to accept the torture of people "here and there", and most grotesquely the children, even in the "bottle"-sense (you can make this description better... ehm... *cough* *cough*)!
So here is the description of the risk factors to look up for in the stairs and fan sense:
1. step: The Police, they are central and they know it! This is why it is now very important to get all people all over the World equipped with a gun so that merit can obtain where it should and not under some idiot threat without being *MET*!!!
2. step: The lawyers. A good deal of them actually work in the police forces and all of them are bosses on some level _in the very police forces_! You should see to it that they are checked upon as well!
3. step: The _medical_ doctors! They are too a significant factor and of course stand on the assessment side of what takes place in society when people are under stress! Of course they know what is going!
The Fan floor: All these other people, starting with the most important people who are in the brain business and who has positions of responsibility!
Uknown factor: I don't know how the military forces match up in this. This is a factor that may go here and there, both in terms of equipment and competence/skills!

Legal Matters Concerning Suicides and Committing the Suicide
Now, let me tell you (a version, at least) of how easy I imagine it is (for some) suicide candidates (whether I am one or not is mutti-f*cking PRIVATE and I do not need "clarification advise from /this/ friend (psychologist)"): first, being invisible enough, and not being persecuted by a body of people, all included, with or w/o military/police resources and competence. So there you go... Some peo...ple spit at you and tell you to die, that is, to suicide... Yes, that is easy, given this "body of people", persecuting you (on informal level, of course, and "let's not forget the paranoid factors involved") by radio hunting these placed RFIDs by mini-surgery (while sedated, covertly or not) or placing the words around that movements on this person by information is wanted so that, you know, they blow the very (fragile and deeply personal) privacy of this person, making one's VERY PRIVATE considerations over chances, where these idiots sit there and "clip" the button for turning this consideration of this person falsely, so that this person can imagine that one falls prey to torture regardless or that the suicide is made under false premises, being wholly psychological (by these telepathic connections and under possible threat and danger of severe hospital torture! And YES, it's TRUE, this person is to carry out these considerations PRIVATELY and YOU HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM!!! The very question is (well f*cked out of your consideration) only this person's own and evidently so, this person is always objective in this consideration and the only valid judge on one very own matter whether suicide is right or wrong!!! I hope you GET THIS, please!!! Being a victim in these circumstances is not easy and these f*cks ("#¤%¤%Y%&(&"¤&%&(%&&"#¤%, and the rest of the "99 swearing words") are equally despicable and subject to one's own criminal conscience of trying to wage such f*ck toward people, blatantly violating _fundamental_ human rights!!! Over Traditional Communication - And not /that/ nonsense of subjective character...

The Controversy of Being Doctor in Norway - With or W/O...
A further controversy, allegedly: there is a question of whether Dr. Aarseth, the former president of The Doctors' Association is cited by open microphone, live on air, by Rogaland Radio, actually, "Rogaland Radio", by the reg. country, saying that he "administers the suicides!", i.e., the actual numbers. Additional Comment to Amnesty at 50 (Years Old)

My opinion: This is my (ethical/legal) view too, except that I stand by the capital punishment (by anasthetics and guillotine, only or not) for the most detached and immoral idiots _taken_! Torture, as it says, is a fundamental problem whenever and every time it happens, whether this is a hidden fact from us or not! Every instance is a fundamental problem! Execution can also be interpreted this way: political prisoners are being executed on (usually, by commonsense and civilised laws) flawed grounds! That is, people are being executed beyond the usual foundations for legal grounding. This is a fundamental problem too, but far milder (at least by shooting/decapitation) than torture and is probably more self-harm in removing the good leaders for the future, I suspect. So in this instance too, execution is indeed an awful problem!
(The French may get offended by "anasthetics and guillotine, only or not", but they have perhaps lost innocence and virginity by now...?

It's fairly remarkable that Amnesty seem so forgiving to criminals _who would otherwise receive the death penalty_ when THEY KNOW about the status of the legal systems in Europe today and how difficult it all is, with various threats of REAL torture and blocked suicide routes only to ensure torture. Not only this, but they seem to count the disappearances/suicides/forged suicided/covered murders (in Europe) lightly well knowing of the grotesque facts we live under today, including the human meatshops of human flesh. So to what lengths can we continue to tolerate when Amn. Int. seem to reject torture so completely and blatantly?! When are they EVER going to take the full moral responsibility for those who are silently and in hidden TORTURED in Europe today? Let's not also forget the technological possibilities... (incl. piezo-RFIDs)!
Here I sit myself without _lawyer_ and without _a possibility to fair trial_ and possibly/likely 15 violations of 30 the my Human Rights by UN _only to make the case for state approved_ torture of myself AGAINST THE JUSTICE department of Norway, also including medical personnel... So why should I SHUT UP??? [You know, what happens when you turn to the Police like I've done lately for threats??? Yes, they send you straight to psychiatry for degradation and insults to your intelligence (probably ONLY on grounds of your personal moral standing, that you can _add_ to human progress and (moral) development!!!]

Last stand before something else: Prime Minister's Resignation Demanded!
So without a lawyer and without "a possibility for fair trial", delayed into 10. month for trying to move abroad, in something that THEY probably knew early on was an abrupt violation of rights, I made this announcement just recently:

Class Action Lawsuit NOW against the Departments of Justice around the World!
As it's now conceived that many or all suicide victims/candidates are persecuted (to death), it should be possible for class action lawsuit to happen for every family involved, that is related to the victim/candidate in question, in the World under the relevant legal domain (of jurisdiction) and directed against the Department of Justice, also everywhere in the World as appropriate. You know, the Department of Justice is probably one of the most common departments there are in the World!
You probably also need to read through my arguments here and consider Sociology of Suicide Candidates before the case can proceed under Court of Law!
(Is this the biggest Class Action Lawsuit yet waged in the World? This has a bit of sarcasm in it with no excuses to the corrupt.)
It can be pointed out further that the (logical) premises that this has built on earlier, that among other things, suicidal candidates are under random circumstances fallen into relations or mind-set that has caused their suicide. This has NOW COMPLETELY changed: it may now be said that suicidal candidates (and victims) are in a sense (directly) political victims (without exception or "only" mostly) and that this thereby makes their (and my own) case legally valid given that a well substantiated pattern of behaviour shows that wide-ranging corruption (with Police and else, put away the scrouples and the ordinary perceptions, please) has been a direct cause to their death or wanton for death! This is a relationship that one can and should go to the courts FOR (even as DUTY in the hard sense, also philosophical). And there's more too: not only can they possibly to this, but there may be rechargable piezo-electrical effects in merely taking the neurological signals (out of any nervous thread throughout, even from inside the fingers) and that this enters IPhone of Apple through some "app for IPhone" and so to speed up US American business on a Monkey-biz basis, AND (perhaps most degradingly) through the use of my life-line, the mobile phone, to transfer the sickest signals to any person wandering around "based on network information", thus "Terje has angst now" (also by degrading personal first name) when I may be scared because being scared probably transfers a certain signature signal to these IPhone of these people! Whatever Virtue I Have...
So whatever virtue I have _belongs_, as legacy after my death (immediate or not, by New Modal Conception of God etc (incl. inventing a cold war, LoveToUSAWar, an arms race)) goes out to the World in order of Austria, Germany and Denmark ... Lesotho, figuratively, not that they are _any_ less welcome, and at the end, the sh*tslide of Norway with its tail, definitely, of Farsund Commune (eh... "kommune") and its infamous clin-crazy/torture-ic, the f*ck last! So: Norwegians, don't think about carrying my word, my sentiment, my respects or whatever unless, and not before then, my "day" is saved (or my family's, for that matter) throughout HISTORY! F*ck YOU!!!
(However, my family is good and they are "first in my life", the 9 closest to start with!)
