New news on Breivik: The case against Breivik on grounds of terror is MEANINGLESS because the police lawyers can't make a plausible claim that Breivik has caused any terror when in fact the GOVERNMENT and the governing forces themselves are much more likely themselves to cause GREATER terror against its own population by its blatantly f*cked legal practice, even one THEY INSIST on "to be this way for hidden reasons"! My opinion: This is my (ethical/legal) view too, except that I stand by the capital punishment (by anasthetics and guillotine, only or not) for the most detached and immoral idiots _taken_! Torture, as it says, is a fundamental problem whenever and every time it happens, whether this is a hidden fact from us or not! Every instance is a fundamental problem! Execution can also be interpreted this way: political prisoners are being executed on (usually, by commonsense and civilised laws) flawed grounds! That is, people are being executed beyond the usual foundations for legal grounding. This is a fundamental problem too, but far milder (at least by shooting/decapitation) than torture and is probably more self-harm in removing the good leaders for the future, I suspect. So in this instance too, execution is indeed an awful problem!
(The French may get offended by "anasthetics and guillotine, only or not", but they have perhaps lost innocence and virginity by now...?

It's fairly remarkable that Amnesty seem so forgiving to criminals _who would otherwise receive the death penalty_ when THEY KNOW about the status of the legal systems in Europe today and how difficult it all is, with various threats of REAL torture and blocked suicide routes only to ensure torture. Not only this, but they seem to count the disappearances/suicides/forged suicided/covered murders (in Europe) lightly well knowing of the grotesque facts we live under today, including the human meatshops of human flesh. So to what lengths can we continue to tolerate when Amn. Int. seem to reject torture so completely and blatantly?! When are they EVER going to take the full moral responsibility for those who are silently and in hidden TORTURED in Europe today? Let's not also forget the technological possibilities... (incl. piezo-RFIDs)!

Here I sit myself without _lawyer_ and without _a possibility to fair trial_ and possibly/likely 15 violations of 30 the my Human Rights by UN _only to make the case for state approved_ torture of myself AGAINST THE JUSTICE department of Norway, also including medical personnel... So why should I SHUT UP??? [You know, what happens when you turn to the Police like I've done lately for threats??? Class Action Lawsuit NOW against the Departments of Justice around the World!

As it's now conceived that many or all suicide victims/candidates are persecuted (to death), it should be possible for class action lawsuit to happen for every family involved, that is related to the victim/candidate in question, in the World under the relevant legal domain (of jurisdiction) and directed against the Department of Justice, also everywhere in the World as appropriate. You know, the Department of Justice is probably one of the most common departments there are in the World!
You probably also need to read through my arguments here and consider Sociology of Suicide Candidates before the case can proceed under Court of Law!
(Is this the biggest Class Action Lawsuit yet waged in the World? This has a bit of sarcasm in it with no excuses to the corrupt.)

It can be pointed out further that the (logical) premises that this has built on earlier, that among other things, suicidal candidates are under random circumstances fallen into relations or mind-set that has caused their suicide. This has NOW COMPLETELY changed: it may now be said that suicidal candidates (and victims) are in a sense (directly) political victims (without exception or "only" mostly) and that this thereby makes their (and my own) case legally valid given that a well substantiated pattern of behaviour shows that wide-ranging corruption (with Police and else, put away the scrouples and the ordinary perceptions, please) has been a direct cause to their death or wanton for death! This is a relationship that one can and should go to the courts FOR (even as DUTY in the hard sense, also philosophical). Warning on Piezo-electrical Possibilities for Infringing on Human Rights by Implants of Sender and More

Some paranoia/"paranoia", please, excuse me if this insults you: I've had some RFID thoughts in the past that I'm not electronically neutral in the sense that I may have an unwanted RFID in me that sends information to my "masters" on a recharging piezoelectrical basis. And there's more too: not only can they possibly to this, but there may be rechargable piezo-electrical effects in merely taking the neurological signals (out of any nervous thread throughout, even from inside the fingers) and that this enters IPhone of Apple through some "app for IPhone" and so to speed up US American business on a Monkey-biz basis, AND (perhaps most degradingly) through the use of my life-line, the mobile phone, to transfer the sickest signals to any person wandering around "based on network information", thus "Terje has angst now" (also by degrading personal first name) when I may be scared because being scared probably transfers a certain signature signal to these IPhone of these people! Now, if I have claims against the State of Norway? Yes, and they count at least 15/30 articles by the UN Universal Declaration on Human Rights!!! F*cking freaks, I'm telling you... And no mercy too!
